• The voucher must be presented upon arrival. A binding appointment is required by calling 030 / 304 37 47, via WhatsApp at 0176 6318 5312, or by email to infokosmetikstudio46@gmail.com, stating the code.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No substitute appointment will be granted for missed appointments or appointments canceled late.
